Shipping & Returns


At Mauro Ranch, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely manner. Please note our shipping policy below:

  1. Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Orders are typically processed and leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Once processed, orders should arrive within 5-7 business days. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.
  2. No International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship to addresses within the United States.
  3. Tracking Information: After your order is processed, we will send you an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey to your door.


We understand that not every purchase works out, which is why we've made our return process as simple as possible. Please see our return policy below:

  1. Return Period: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received, unused and with the original tags attached.
  2. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
  3. Exchanges: At this time, we are only able to offer refunds and not exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
  4. Return Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
